Terms and Conditions for Bookings at Interno 45 in Matera1. Booking Confirmation and Payment
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the cost of the first night.
Payment can be made via:
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
2. Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date without penalty.
In the event of a cancellation after this deadline or a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Tourist Tax and Stamp Duty
A tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night is due, payable upon check-out.
This tax is not included in the reservation price.
If the total reservation exceeds €77.47, a €2.00 stamp duty may be added to the receipt in accordance with tax regulations.
4. Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the price of your reservation and includes:
- 1 croissant
- 1 hot beverage of your choice
On Mondays, when the bakery is closed, breakfast is delivered to your room or refrigerator.
5. Self Check-in and Stay
Arrival and Door Opening
To open the front door, guests dial +39 353 364 1611.
This number is only for the automatic door opening and is not a telephone line with an operator.
Access to the Apartment
After opening the front door, guests proceed to the apartment entrance.
Information on the safe, code, and keys will be provided to guests individually based on the room booked.
Waste recycling
Waste must be disposed of in the designated recycling bins located in the kitchen.
There is a small bin for unsorted waste in the bathroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen is shared; guests are asked to leave it clean after use.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Keys can be handed over:
- to the staff (starting at 9:30 AM), or
- to the key holder at the entrance to the building.
- tourist tax (€2 per person per day)
- stamp duty (€2), if applicable
- any additional charges (e.g., refrigerator items)
