Rules for staying at Interno 45 in Matera

1. Reception
Interno 45 is a small guesthouse and does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests must communicate their expected arrival time in advance, either by phone or text message.

2. Check-in
Failure to provide advance notice may result in a wait; management declines all responsibility. Rooms are available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

3. Behavior and Common Areas
The property has rooms and common areas. Guests are asked to avoid noise and disturbances and to respect the rules of good coexistence and common sense.

4. Keys
Room keys are handed over upon arrival and must be kept by the guest for the duration of their stay. A €50.00 penalty applies for lost keys.

5. Cleaning and Linen Change
Room and bathroom cleaning and linen changes, including bed making, are provided every three days free of charge. Daily cleaning is available upon request for a €12.00 surcharge.

6. Restrooms
Proper use of the restrooms is recommended. Throwing objects in the toilet is prohibited; use the designated waste bins.

7. Visits and External Guests
Visitors who are not registered with the property and who have not been notified to the relevant authorities are prohibited.

8. Smoking Ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Legal fines: from €27.50 to €275.00, up to €550.00 if minors or pregnant women are present.

9. Damages
Guests are responsible for and must compensate for any damage caused to persons or property.

10. Check-out
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning and to welcome subsequent guests promptly.
